Make it so horrible that people will want to do anything they can...to stay out. Playboy? Penthouse? No. In BORland, the prisoners are going to be so exhausted from working 16 hours in the fields, growing the crops that's going to feed thier sorry asses in a few months, that porn is going to be the absolute last thing on thier minds.
