While I agree that prisoners should have limited access to certain types of select "reading" materials...I disagree with this particular argument. A United States Air Force base is also a government installation. Yet, when I was active duty, I sure read
my fair share of printed pornographic material. So, the fact that the taxpayers own the roof over thier heads, is
not the reason to ban the material.
