another thing i hate are small irritating hard to hit monsters that keep jumping at you, slowly leeching your health away (headcrabs)
not being able to save in middle of a level also sucks(project igi)
getting sniped/1 shot kill without warning sucks(project igi/delta force)...atleast you can expect to be sniped in cs etc
