Willravel is correct. Losing those final few percentages are that hardest part. Before I get to my answer, let me ask a few questions.
- What is your current workout and current weight?
- What kind of cardio are you doing. How often and what time of day?
- What is a typical day of eating for you?
- What fat percentage measurement are you using?
- What is your fat % goal?
