I can tell you solely from personal experience (my parents had one, and my gf and I used to utilize it all the time), that hot tub sex is pretty decent. I'd say we've done it at least a dozen times, and she's never gotten any sort of adverse after effects from it. We always just use her natural lubrication, some good hot tub foreplay and you'd be surprised how different the "water slick" is compared to how slick it is inside her. It usually doesn't last that long that the lube is an issue, if it were going to be a long thing i'm sure we'd have gotten out because the water can definitely causes added friction it seems after a period of time (although maybe your lube solution will help this).
