I'd step out. But like somebody else said, I pee before I shower. Pee when it's time to pee, shower when it's time to shower. If you get the urge to pee when you're in the shower -- well, how long _do_ you spend in there, anyway? I'm in and out in five minutes, a little longer if I shampoo. I'd have to have a bladder the size of a thimble if I couldn't hold it that long.
