Well, tell me what you are looking to see, or at least "must sees", because I can fill a tour with some crazy things that may or may not interest you.
the other thing to consider is that a full day of sightseeing in NYC and then driving up to Boston will be very tiring.
Boston is about a 3+ hour drive.
