As a maker of Condoms I guess this thread is my back yard!
Shannon's right - Non-latex are fantastic.
A standard latex condom is 0.080mm thick - an extra thin condom is ~0.040mm, and a thick (extra safe, extra strong, etc) are about 0.120mm.
Our non-latex condom is 0.015mm thick.
As an example, that's about the difference between a bin liner and cling film.
Another thing you could try is to add a water based lube to the inside of the condom before you put it on.
And a final option is to try Femal Condoms - they are non-latex, although not as thin as a male non-latex condom, but some people find them ideal.
If anyone has any other condom related questions, feel free to ask them here, or PM me.
