Statuatory question
hey everyone, i recently turned 18, and my girlfriend will be turning 16 in two months, and i was just wondering if anyone knew about the legal issues concerning that. Is it still stautatory rape...? we have had sex before, and i really dont feel like going to jail..... She is still 15, and i want to know if it would be legal for us to have sex until she turns 16.
btw, the state is kentucky, thanks in advance.
