Stretch and take a hot shower.
In general, what you work out on monday, will be sore on tuesday. But you can reduce it by doing the above things. Stretching and hot showers are quite helpful I find. On tournament days, I stretch before my matches and after them. And then when I get back home/to the hotel, I take a long hot shower while massaging my muscles and then when I get out of the shower, I stretch some more.
Oh, make sure you have adequate warm up and cooldown sessions.
