Don't stress out so much?
No, seriously, when you're young and not on birth control, your period can be HIGHLY irregular and weird. It is much more attuned to your mood instead of an artificial outside force. When I was younger, my cycle was very long for a couple of months (which was odd, because I was quite regular, usually 30 day cycles). Turned out it was my best friend's and my cycle getting in tune with each other's.
I really really wouldn't worry about it. Your next period will probably be the heaviest period from hell.
