My biggest complaint is when bullets move too slow (bullet time??). Like 20 yards away and the target is moving fast enough (read: walking) to move out of it's trajectory before it can reach the target.
The other one is explosives, the radius is almost always way too small. Yeah a grenade just went off 8 feet away with no cover, I'm sure you'd not get a scratch.
