I'l swallow. It's hot. I hear women complain about the taste but in all honesty only one guy that I have been with had a bad taste. And it was baaaaaaad. I spit because I couldn't bring myself to swallow and then I chugged a Diet Coke to try and get the taste out of my mouth. I don't know what this guy ate but my god he should have come with a warning label. But like I said, most of the time it tastes fine (really doesn't have much of a taste if you ask me) so I don't mind to swallow although I prefer it on me somewhere but that is a post for another thread for another time
