Seconded on Comstock Films--I've never actually seen one, but I've met Tony Comstock by way of some clients I've recently acquired in the adult industry. He's a super good guy, and I like the way he thinks with regard to sexual and gender politics.
Also films made by Private, a Spanish company, are generally quite high quality in terms of production values and performer attractiveness. Lots of exotic locations, natural boobs and shot-on-film goodness. Only thing is, the ones in English are either dubbed, or the actors have a remarkable array of European accents. The acting is varied and the plots are silly, but... that's what the fast-forward button is for.
