I HAD inverted nipples until I got mine done. Now I enjoy normal ones... and I do mean ENJOY
As for pain? It didnt hurt me any more than having my ears pierced.
(Note: my pain tolerance may not be yours)
I dont regret having them done! I would do it again in a heartbeat but SLEEP IN A SPORTS BRA and DO NOT go braless for the first 3 months... and the morning after... the shower hurts like a..........
