It looks like a piece of fat that became unattached. I’ve had a few and the doc says not to worry, they go away after a week or so for me, mine were on my sides, and legs. It could also be a small cyst, which also usually goes away, if they get to big, you need to get a cyst drained, but they hurt when poked, which yours don’t. It’s most likely nothing important, so don’t worry.
