I cant imagine a man not like liking getting head. A woman possibly, but I have only met one.
As far as using hands, sometimes it is cheating at the end of good head to use hands to get a man off. It is easier with a tighter grip. But to get a man off exclusively with head and no hands at all is pure skill.
Personally, I love getting head but Ive only ate out 3 women. A vagina is much more personal than a dick. It is much harder to properly maintain a vagina than a penis and balls.
