Just be happy you're friends. Sometimes it doesn't work out, but why ruin the great friendship you have. Doesn't happen at first as you'd know, but after some time, you can start talking and just enjoying each other's company. I'd rather that than nothing if you like her company.
Just because she's started being friendly with you again, doesn't make her a bitch. So she likes you but doesn't 'like' you. She obviously just didn't know how to convey this in the beginning.
