you did not say it was blue screening when you ran 3dmark, you said you tried running 3dmark to have it blue screen.

If you had said to begin with that it was blue screening on you, that would have helped. As cyrnel said, if you can get the error code from the blue screen that would help a great deal. As for it being the monitor, now that i know it is blue screening, then no, it is doubtfully the monitor.
