True, but men (usualy) like being made to feel like they are "bigger" which is what it looks like the mural gives the feeling of. It looks like they are all saying "Wow look how manly you are." Women are more private people(usually). So, no, this wouldnt go over well if the roles were reversed. What can I say? I'm a horrid prude hahaha.
