Hmmm... what happens if the site is hacked and the "system" is changed or you are locked out of the logging software... do you let it continue or do you pull the plug (literally because you no longer have the passcodes)?

Well, i dont anticipate any script kiddies. That's a whole other monster - then you're getting into basic website security. In any case, all activity can and will be logged. I would have an ultimate admin account that would be the only one capable of changing the structure and settings of the board, however all other accounts would be able to manipulate the content.
