Location: There's no place like home..
Well, I just got back from the doctor. So instead of waiting to do my physical and pap until my other appointment later in the month, he did that today. Next week I get to go in on Wednesday to have a blood test done again. One of those that you have to fast for about 12 hours before. Not fun! He's thinking it's PCOS - Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. My mom had symptoms of it and it's what her doctor told her she had. I hadn't thought about that because I've always been normal and she never was. But he's going to test for a thyroid problem and diabetes first, hence the blood test.

But now I feel all icky from the pap smear. Ick I hate those. Although they are very important. I've one thing that I need to do and would help any of the above mentioned problems, would be more exercise and healthy eating habits. Granted I've quit smoking and I do eat fairly heathly, there is definitely room for improvement there! I do not excerise that often. Part of it is lack of motivation on most days and the other is money. I don't have the money to go to a health club or to buy home equipment. I do try to walk but it's so warm here now, that the thought of exercising outside is enough to keep from doing it.

But thank you to all for the advice and thoughts. You've all been a great help!
