I've had them. They don't usually puff up the eyelid very much. They form more of a bump along the eyelid.
I get puffed up eyes easily from my allergies. Daisies will nearly swell my eyes shut at times. It's miserable. Allergies can develop at any age and to a detergent that you've been using for a long time even. Benedril, Claritan, or Alavert all work well to help with allergic reactions.
