A user at my workplace called asking why his computer wouldn't turn on. He had a docking station with a monitor. Turns out that he had left the laptop at his vacation home in martha's vinyard and thought he could just turn on the monitor and start typing away. As I explained that his laptop was his computer he just gave me this lost look and said, "So I need that?"
