I can't stand the motivational posters that one typically sees in offices. There's something about the underlying premise that a pretty picture and a line of inspirational text will change my job performance that I find insulting. I really like the work done by Despair, Inc. and their "Demotivaters" line of products; I even had their calendar up at work one year.

Now, a buddy showed me a "Create your Own Motivator" site. Here's mine:
