But...that's the problem, isn't it? What is a "proper" education to you...might not be so "proper" to me. Beyond the basic mechanics of sex education, I feel that it is
best taught in the home. I make that statement with the full realization that there are those parents who, for whatever reason, cannot, or will not, broach the subject with thier offspring.
