Wow, thanks so much you guys. I really appreciate all this information. It helps to hear others' experiences and to gain other perspectives.
I will go to the doctor 1st thing tomorrow for a follow-up to see how the ankle is from a medical standpoint.
I have the Advil, ace bandages, crutches on standby, ice packs, tape. I gues all I need now is time.
