If you claimed to be psychic would you want everyone knocking on your door? No, no, no! I always tell people, go with the gut feeling. "Gut" feelings wont lie to you. Cold reading is a BIG thing out there right now. I do believe there are people a little better "in tune" with things than I. However, I dont think "psychic" works quite the way everyone thinks it does. To me it seems more like arthritis...it comes and it goes. Again, just my two cents.
