If the Ring works for you, use it! Enjoy it! Rock on! It certainly requires little enough thought or preparation. It just wasn't right for me... or lots of other people. That's why we're so excited about the IUD.

Basically, I just want a form of birth control I'm not going to have to worry about, or pay for, for 5 years. That's really appealing. Right now I'm poor enough to qualify for free BC, so I want to take advantage of it by getting something that will last me a long time. I also want to have something I don't have to think about

though the ring is a great thing and I've loved it the year I've been on it.
