The only program I've ever used that produced what I thought were satisfactory results is called
Articulate. It makes flash files out of ppt shows. Unfortuneately, it is prohibitivly expensive for what you want. You might, however, be able to find a local web shop with a copy of the program that will do what you want reasonably cheap.
If this does interest you, I can send you the email address of I guy I know in Memphis who does that sort of thing for St. Jude and area businesses/churches. I don't know what he'd charge, though.
