I personally use Flashget from
http://www.flashget.com - Its powerful, and has a great set of features that I find extremely useful and efficient. Adware/shareware.
Other people will say StarDownloader from
http://www.stardownloader.com - I found that is isn't as powerful as Flashget, but hey, its a great program. Freeware
