certain things like chemotherapy can jump start a woman into early menopause - not exactly the natural way of getting there..
Women in menopause are sometimes prescribed hormones and other lovely pharmaceuticals to help with some of the symptoms which can cause problems of their own... many women opt to go it au natural (kinda like child birth without the epidural)
Menopause can last years.. with hot flashes and other fun symptoms...) so going it naturally is a challenge..
