I think you should be pissed. However I would not let that stop me from pursuing the job. From your side as an applicant for the position it seems as if you are being treated rudely and with little respect for your time. But you don't know how busy the "boss" is or how important his reasons are for rescheduling your interview. I wouldn't give up yet.
