Well, it sort of happened to me again last night, not quite an orgasm this time, but more like what Medusa is saying. I woke up feeling the beginnings of an orgasm but didn't quite go over the edge. Unfortunately, I was staying at a friend's house on his sofa in a bachelor apt, and I was too sleepy to get up to go to the washroom for privacy, so I couldn't finish myself off manually, if you know what I mean.
Though he told me I was moaning in my sleep all night. Oops.

I see what you're saying, but I think I read somewhere that the "clinical" definition of "spontaneous orgasm" is technically "orgasm without genital contact."
