I wasn't in my new digs one week when I saw him. I had heard stories about him. He was running down College Street as if he was on fire, shouting all the way. I guess anyone who is a resident of the area does know about him, and probably has seen him.
He's Zanta - the shirtless man who wears a Santa Claus hat and parades up and down the streets of Toronto.
