One thing you might want to check up is what they're going to do with the test results afterwards, if they're going to keep them around for future reference if you ever apply for another job in the organisation or if they're going to throw them away. My brother applied for a job as a train driver some years ago and had to do a test and got labelled as having "communication difficulties". Will this be held against him if he ever applies for another job at that huge corporation? Maybe.
