My wife and I do that a lot with a vib and we both love it. Never done the real thing. We'd both like to but we doubt the situation would ever present itself.
The first time we did it I was amazed at how much sensation I got from it. The vibrator we use has the length of a normal penis but not the girth. I can only imagine how it would be if it were full sized.
