sportswidow... those flowers are cool... i love the pure white and the greens are nice. as for focusing, the focus is sharp, it's more the depth of field, (i.e. how much is in focus) which yeah, is usually not possible to control with a point and shoot. depends what functions it comes with, if you have aperature priority or shutter priority you can control depth of field easily with a little practice
