I worked at a company that hosted/updated an online behavior test. This one was to identify if the candidate had the right personality for the job, and we had to take it every once in awhile to make sure it was working/printing correctly. I agree with Craven... if the test says you're not right for the position, and you've answered the questions honestly, then be thankful that you didn't take a position where you wouldn't have been happy.
