I think they are a bunch of BS. I applied for a job about 6 months ago and did the test.But first, a friend who worked where I was seeking employment leeked me the test that I could do online.

So I do the test online and the score comes out 37/42. Not bad I thought. The online test even gave explanations as to right and wrong answers for each question.

Now the actually test I did had every question from the online test with the exception of about 5 questions. Well blow me away when 2 months later I get my results thanking me for applying for the job BUT my psych score didn't get over the minimum 60%. Total utter bullshit.

The only difference between the scores was the online score was calculated by a computer program while the written test was marked by an actual person.

At the same time I also wrote an English test and scored 88%. I think one of the questions was to define subjectivity.Hmmm,...got that one right.
