The only thing you can do is answer it honestly. There is usually a portion of the test results that the reviewer (often a computer program these days) interprets called "distortion", which basically measures whether you were being honest about your answers or trying tailor your responses to what you think the employer wishes to hear.

Answer honestly, be yourself is the best approach
