huh... that's weird... you're absolutely right, when downloading the application form it gives correct info, but on that same page it says for eligibility rules:

These forms along with the video submission must be received at the SURVIVOR mailbox no later than Friday, February 3, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Producers reserve the right, in their discretion, to extend the deadline as appropriate.
