I'd say that they need to help you with the move if they want you. Moving expenses for two people could easily be $2,000 or more, even if you're doing it yourself. You get to write those off at the end of the year, but that's not the point. You also need to get accurate figures on what the cost of benefits are and how they'll affect your income. You should also check home and auto insurance rates in Dallas/Ft. Worth along with any other usual expendatures that you have that would follow you down.
