Anyhoo, it's a fascinating document.
Complete with diagrams as to how they constructed the coffre dams, built cranes, etc.
BTW, Gzowski's original superstrucuture was removed and replaced in 1918 cause it was too light to support the new heavier train loads, however, the substructure is original.
(I worked on this bridge about 1993 or so I think, pier protecting one of the piers in the Niagara river that was leaning over.) It cost more to fix that one pier in 1993 than it cost to build the entire bridge in 1873
