i was vegetarian for a while, now i just don't eat a whole lot of meat. i feel a lot healthier when i'm not eating a lot of meat, though ... i'm a lot more alert and i feel better about myself, too. red meat especially kills me, heh. so i haven't been eating a lot of meat, maybe once a week. and i've been tested for anemia recently and i'm within normal range, so i don't have a huge problem with iron.
