By TTC, I would take the subway to King Station. Then it's only a few blocks to walk south and east. 5-10min. You could get off at Union too, it's just a block or two farther west, but you don't go south.
It's just West of Church, on Wellington.
Edit: Apparently I am the slowest typer ever. Stupid clumsy nose.
