I think I'd probably die without chocolate.
I eat it in so many different ways. My favorite way is probably in truffle form. A good ganache makes me weak in the knees.
You better believe I always keep good chocolate on hand for my purposes, be it eating it plain or making it into candy, cookies, or cakes. I'll settle for something like a Hersheys bar when I'm desperate for a fix, but I generally prefer these gourmet chocolate bars sold with varying cacao percentages that I can find at my local grocery store.
