If Terry doesn't give up the immunity idol, why would anyone form an alliance with him now? I think if he continues to win immunity then he doesn't vote or does he? The spoiler showing him planning something with Danielle next week doesn't seem to make sense for her unless she gets the idol.
I wonder if the producers will figure out an immunity challange that Terry can't win in order to make the game more interesting.
I assume that if you keep the immunity idol all the way to the final two that it is worthless and does not protect you from the jury.
