These are sold by various companies (including mine), and they can be excellent.
They run for about 20 minutes (depending on the manufacturer) and have a little bullet vibe attached to a latex cock ring - so as well as making your penis vibrate, they keep you a little harder.
I've found them to be good fun, and our customers seem to liek them too - but there can be issues with the bands snapping on application (if you are too enthusiastic or have an unfeasably large cock - if you're careful you can get these things over your hand, so they ought not to break.....
We sell ours for about £5 so if the Trojan is about the same, buy one to give it a whirl.
