Based on the previews, Jack might be reduced to that option. However, would that theoretically stand up in a court or some sort of legal setting? "Yes, Mr. President, we have this recording of a recording that implicates you in treason and we think you should step down. Oh, and the original ... yeah ... uh ... we can't find it."
